Our Mentoring Across Borders partner Senior Expert Service (SES) has started a new mentoring programme in Germany aimed at skilled workers from abroad. The German Senior Experts – a brand of Senior Expert Services – offer their expertise to companies and educational institutions in Germany and abroad. Business areas include global mobility, integration mentoring, management consultancy, further education and teaching. Interculturally experienced mentors help skilled workers from abroad to find their new environment. They offer support in everyday matters, provision of practical information and contacts, coping with professional or private challenges, aftercare with selective support, and ensuring sustainable integration.
