In today's world, mentorship has become a powerful tool for personal and professional growth. The concept of mentoring is bringing people together to share knowledge and experiences. One initiative in this case is the MAB Mentoring program. AULEDA is collaborating with partners in order to help young people in the field of leadership development, education, and community action, and has been a driving force behind the integration of MAB Mentoring in Albania. Through strategic partnerships and digital marketing, AULEDA has actively promoted MAB Mentoring in Albania, encouraging professionals and students to engage in mentorship opportunities.

The organization is playing an important role in breaking down barriers and fostering connections between Albanian mentees and mentors. There are currently individuals registered on MAB platform ready to be mentored by professionals in different fields.
